Fans are now waiting for "Blacklist" Season 6 after the major cliffhanger revealed in the previous season. Although NBC remains mum about the series' return, theories surrounding the show give the viewers little ideas about what could happen to the life of Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone).

The previous season ended with a high note with its major cliffhanger. The "bag of bones" was said to be the remains of his real father. The season ender left fans on the edge of their seats, so they are now all waiting what would happen next in "Blacklist" Season 6.

"What this reveal does and what's exciting about season six is it snaps into focus so many of the tools that Elizabeth Keen has been acquiring over the past five years," the show's creator Jon Bokenkamp said, via OtakuKart, about "Blacklist" Season 6. The things Liz learned were not only about Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader) but also about his husband, Tom Keen (Ryan Eggold), who was also an impostor and a spy.

What Liz learned from these two important guys in her life would pave the way how she would handle the truth and what she would do moving forward "Blacklist" Season 6. Bokenkamp teased what Liz would do would never be "super squeaky clean." "She has some skills that are a little bit on the dark side," he hinted.

So this side of Liz's story would surely make "Blacklist" Season 6 exciting. Liz's character would be a "very interesting" part of the series that would get explored, and fans have to follow in the upcoming season.

According to Express.co.uk, Liz successfully found her husband's murderer and killed him. After this event, "Blacklist" Season 6 would pick up from the major cliffhanger revealed in the previous season.

To recall, the "bag of skeletons" were said to be the remains of Liz's real father, the real Raymond Reddington. So the Reddington the FBI agents usually talks to is an impostor. It could also mean that the "Fake Red" is not Liz's biological dad. With all the confusions, the main question today, who is the real person behind Spader's character?

NBC has yet to reveal "Blacklist" Season 6's official release date. But as the show usually comes out in September, it will be probably out in the same month next year or anytime in the fall of 2019. The network renewed the crime thriller television series in May and ordered for another set of 22 episodes.
