Two false reports about Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie appeared to be on top of the search results, making readers believe that the two have "secretly met" and they "called a truce." The two never had a "secret meeting" or have "called a truce." These claims have been previously debunked, but they appear in top results when searching "Angelina Jolie."

The first result appears on Google search of "Angelina Jolie" is an article from the India-based site, BollywoodLife. The outlet claims Jolie "waved the white flag" and she made up her mind to make things work with Pitt. It also cited an article form "Entertainment Tonight," which was previously debunked by Gossip Cop.

In the report, an alleged "source" said, "Brad and Angelina actually set up a secret meeting at her house... Brad and Angie's meeting was a success." But then, a real insider would never call the actress "Angelina" first, and then call her "Angie" later on.

The tabloid also failed to mention when was the supposed meet up happened. A Pitt insider already assured that a meeting "never happened."

However, although there's no concrete proof, the article has made on top results when typing the actress's name.

Meanwhile, another false report from Celebrity Insider appeared on the top results. The article from the outlet claimed Pitt and Jolie "called a truce." The blog also asserted, "If the reports are true, this could be a step towards finalizing the divorce and moving on."

Hence, it acknowledged the claim might not be true, but still earned the position as the second-best result for people searching "Angelina Jolie."

Gossip Cop has already noted Pitt and Jolie did not "call a truce." The two are still in the midst of a custody battle, which becomes extremely bitter sometimes. For instance, a report from last month revealed Jolie said Pitt is not paying "meaningful" child support, as per the new documents obtained by the court.

"[Pitt] has a statutory duty to pay child support. As of present, [Pitt] has paid no meaningful child support since separation," Jolie's attorney, Samantha Bley DeJean, writes in the legal documents.

But, Pitt shots back claiming he has given Jolie millions since the split. He said in court documents that he has given his estranged wife more than $1 million and lent her another $8 million since their separation two years ago. The document also stated Pitt loaned $8 million to buy Jolie's current home and has paid over $1.3 million in bills for the benefit of Jolie and their six children.
