Fans are about to know what transpired to Harley Hidoko (Andrea Bordeaux) in the upcoming "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 10. After she went missing in the previous season finale, showrunner R. Scott Gemmill revealed everything is possible to happen now that she is gone.
According to OtakuKart, there are beliefs Hidoko is in Mexico. So Callen (Chris O'Donnell) and the rest of the group went to the North American country to find her. Her colleagues then found a burnt pile of bones that believed to be Harley's, but it might not be the case when "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 10 started.
There are theories Hidoko is still alive. She may come out in the open after the explosion of an SUV and while the team is recuperating in "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 10. Hidoko may emerge from the bush to calm everyone. However, she may be in disguise so people will have a hard time to recognize her.
To shut down all the assumptions, Gemmill revealed "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 10 would unveil Hidoko's fate. Her character is said to be a great addition to the series, so fans would surely see more of her this season.
Meanwhile, talking about Bordeaux's portrayal of Hidoko in "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 10, Gemmill recalled the time when she was still doing the smaller parts. "I just thought she was so interesting that we put her into this different role," he said, per TVLine.
Hidoko used to be the new EAD Shay Mosley's partner (Nia Long) until she got involved into occasional operations. She even had an undercover project at one time. But in spite of having smaller roles, fans are about to her character to be more significant in "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 10.
"Once we created her, we found she became very useful," Gemmill added. The showrunner continued to say Hidoko's storyline would get explored as she has a different background, and it might happen in "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 10. Before she joined the team, she served in Afghanistan with a Marine Female Engagement Team.
Hidoko has a really interesting story to tell. Gemmill also added that she is an important part of the NCIS. What she did for Mosley only set the fire in the previous season finale that would continue in "NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 10.
"NCIS: Los Angeles" Season 10 will hit the small screens on Sunday, September 30, at 9:30 p.m. ET on CBS Network.
