A latest report claims Jamie Foxx is forcing Katie Holmes to sign a prenup agreement. An alleged source said Holmes is "hot to trot down the aisle," but Foxx has told her "no dice" unless she signs a prenuptial agreement. This report, however, has been debunked and 100 percent "untrue."

"Jamie's worth more than $100 million, while Katie's got just a quarter of that," an insider told Globe magazine, and added, "She doesn't want to complicate their romance with a prenup, but he's insisting on it."

The publication further contends Holmes is "willing to compromise, but not if it means signing away her rights to any of their shared earning during their marriage." The untraceable tipster also noted the actress has been waiting to marry him, but Foxx said he would not marry her without a prenup.

"Katie's wondering if the prenup is a ploy to get out of marriage," the insider continues. "She feels he's already planning the divorce before they're even hitched."

From there, the claim is likely false because why would Foxx protect his money and go through a wedding if he is only planning a divorce later on?

According to Gossip Cop, the entire article is untrue as Foxx and Holmes are not planning to tie the knot, hence he's not forcing her to sign a prenup. A rep for the actress also said there's "no truth" to the publication's premise.

In May, Globe also reported Foxx and Holmes are planning to get married over the summer.

"Marriage is absolutely in the cards for them. Katie has been ready to say 'I do' for a long time, and Jamie's realized he would be crazy to let her go," the so-called source quoted. But then, summer had already passed and there's no wedding happened.

The tabloid has also been making several claims about the two, including the alleged plan of Foxx dumping Holmes at the altar, and the actress wants to lose weight to keep him interested. Yet, these claims were not true as the alleged "insider" of the magazine seems to have no inside information at all about Foxx and Holmes.

It can also be noted that the sister publication of the magazine, Star, reported earlier of this year that Holmes is the one who wanted a prenup, wherein it caused a "tension" with Foxx. This contradicts the latest claim that Foxx is the one forcing Holmes to sign a prenup.

Regardless, a rep for the actress already confirmed there's no wedding being planned and no need for a prenup.
