Sad news for Kanye West fans. The 41-year-old rapper and singer-songwriter has allegedly been barred from making an appearance on NBC's "Saturday Night Live."

On Sept. 29, Saturday, Kanye West served as musical guest on the premiere of "Saturday Night Live" season 44. He performed three songs - "I Love It," "We Got Love," and "Ghost Town" - along with special guests Teyana Taylor, Lil Pump, 070 Shake, and Kid Cudi.

After his epic performance, Kanye West remained onstage and delivered an impromptu speech defending his support for President Donald Trump, while sporting a "Make America Great Again" (MAGA) hat. The said speech was not aired, but comedian Chris Rock posted a live video about it on his Instagram story.

"I wanna cry right now, black man in America, supposed to keep what you're feelin' inside right now..." Kanye West said, as quoted by Fox News. "The blacks want always Democrats...you know it's like the plan they did, to take the fathers out the home and put them on welfare... does anybody know about that? That's a Democratic plan."

Following his controversial appearance on "Saturday Night Live," the show's producers are allegedly hesitant ever to have him come back, but not because of his support for President Donald Trump. Instead, he is banned from making an appearance on the show due to his insistence that he was bullied backstage for sporting a MAGA hat.

"What ['Saturday Night Live' producers] they care about is he lied," a source told OK! Magazine, as cited by Radar Online. "If you lie about the show you're on, that's what gets you in trouble. And that's why Kanye [West] isn't going to be invited back to the show for a very long time," the source added.

However, Gossip Cop has debunked the claim. The publication stressed that there is a good chance that the "No Church in the Wild" rapper will once again appear on "Saturday Night Live" in the near future, especially now that he is set to release his ninth studio album titled "Yandhi."

Before that, Kanye West will travel first to Africa in mid-October to rework and complete the much-awaited album. Hence, "Yandhi" is pushed back to Black Friday, Nov. 23
