Ben Affleck's relationship with Shauna Sexton seems to be going strong as he continues his rehabilitation treatment. The 46-year-old actor's response to his therapy is reportedly going well as he is looking like a new person right now.
"Ben is doing amazing right now," a source close to Affleck told Hollywood Life. The filmmaker recently displayed his buff body after he completed 30 days of his rehab.
The insider continued to say Affleck's respond to treatments go very well. The "Justice League" star has put his heart and soul to get better and to "banish all his demons."
Aside from the treatment of his alcoholism, the rehab also works beneficially for Affleck. It allows him to have a break from his everyday life and gives him the time he needs to focus on himself and his recovery.
The source added the "Gone Girl" star had a hard time to deal with his celebrity status and his public figure. So when he got to the rehab, it helped him to get back on his feet and removed the pressures of being on the spotlight and being an actor.
"Being in a safe place where he can take time out from the craziness of life is exactly what Ben needed," the insider explained. He now goes through a lot of therapies and self-examinations while on the rehab.
His treatment also gives Affleck the chance to work out and focus on his body. Although he already completed 30 days of rehabilitation, the "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor would continue to receive "care."
Affleck's former wife, Jennifer Garner, has been with him through it all. The 46-year-old actress continuously cheers her ex-husband every step of the way. He is also grateful for her help. Without her, he believes he would be dead.
Affleck also has his girlfriend, Sexton, by her side. Casey Affleck's brother and the Playboy model were recently spotted together outside of his Los Angeles home on Wednesday, October 3, per People.
Affleck was inside his black SUV outside his house. He then went out of the car to close the curtain of his home. Sexton, on the other hand, walked over the driver's side and pulled out.
A source told the publication that Sexton drives Affleck's SUV while he continues to receive rehabilitation treatments. The 22-year-old model was earlier spotted driving to the rehab facility, visiting her boyfriend.
