A new report claims Brad Pitt is dating Sat Hari, who is a jewelry designer and a holistic healer. However, this story has been debunked and confirmed the two aren't an item.
Pitt went to the Silverlake Conservatory of Music gala last weekend, which is an annual benefit and art auction to raise money for music education and youth programs. The actor was spotted sitting near Hari, who's the founder of Amrit Jewelry, specializing in designs inspired by ancient mysticism.
Red Hot Chili Peppers member Flea founded the function. He is one of Pitt's good friends, and he is also close to Hari as she accompanied his band on tour several times to act as their holistic adviser. The actor and the jewelry designer went to the event because they are both close to Flea, but a tabloid concocted a story to romantically link them together.
The headline of RadarOnline declares, "Shocking Photos: Brad Pitt's Date With Sexy Spiritual Advisor Exposed." But, the tabloid only shows one photo, which is not that "shocking."
In the photo, Pitt and Hari are just sitting near each other while both facing the stage during the auction. They aren't even interacting in the photo as they are focused on what's happening on the stage.
However, the blog contends Pitt "has been spotted getting cozy with a new woman." The alleged source of the outlet further claims, "Word is she's making some special jewelry with 'healing energy' just for him."
Sun also reported the similar story with a headline, "New Leading Lady: Brad Pitt sparks rumors he's dating again as he attends charity auction with jewelry designer Sat Hari." The publication asserted the two "were spotted laughing and talking at the charity party." But as previously noted, the two didn't go to the auction "together."
The truth is, according to Gossip Cop, a source close to Pitt said, "There are no truth to these rumors that they are dating. They did not attend together. They were just photographed near one another."
Previously, Entertainment Tonight also reported Pitt "has taken a step away from dating" amid the custody battle with Angelina Jolie. The publication noted, "Now all he wants to do is focus on family."
Hence, the latest report about Pitt dating Hari is not true. And although it's still possible the two talked during the event, it doesn't necessarily mean that a friendly interaction means they are indeed dating.
