There are rumors Angelina Jolie, and Brad Pitt ended with a truce for their custody battle. Although this is said to be untrue, there are new reports the 43-year-old actress needs her former husband to look after their six kids.

Jolie reportedly has a hard time to balance her working and parenting life now that she plays as a single mother to Maddox, 17, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 12, and Knox and Vivienne, 10. The "Maleficent" star feels overwhelmed with her career and her duties as a mother.

To recall, Jolie demanded to get the full custody of their six children after her split with Pitt in September 2016. The 54-year-old actor, on the other hand, has a limited time seeing their children. It even gets monitored by the court.

"Angelina is an emotional roller coaster after her divorce from Brad," a source told Hollywood Life. "One week she feels completely over him and the next week she genuinely misses the father of her children."

Jolie is allegedly pulling herself together as she is working on her career and raising her kids at the same time. The insider continued to say the "Salt" actress never thought she would be having three failed marriages at the age of 40 and parenting six kids all alone.

As she avoids being overwhelmed, Jolie is allegedly missing Pitt to help her raise their kids together. Although she is the one who filed for the divorce, she could not help but feel the longing of having someone around.

In 2017, Jolie took a break away from the Hollywood to focus on her kids and their custody battle to keep Pitt from seeing them. This year, she is successfully returning to the big screen as she is already filming "Maleficent 2" in London and "Come Away" in LA. But she assures to find time to be with her children and bring them on trips, movies, shopping, and different outings.

In spite of all the hardships, Jolie and Pitt did not stop their custody battle. It looks like the couple will never make up, so there would be no truce.

"There is no truce," a source confirmed to Us Weekly. Allegedly, Pitt would have a hard time to deal with Jolie as "she wants what she wants."

Their custody battle gets more serious when Jolie hired her new counsel, Samantha Bley DeJean, in September. The insider continued to say the "Original Sin" actress is "once again" doing everything to hinder Pitt's custodial time with their kids. So it might still take a long while before things would get better between them.
