K-pop fans are in for a treat. South Korean-Chinese boy band EXO have officially confirmed their plans to reunite and have delighted fans with the announcement that they will release a new album this November.

In early October, their management agency SM Entertainment revealed that EXO will be releasing their new album, titled "Don't Mess up My Tempo," on Nov. 2. The comeback album would feature all nine members of the group - Baekhyun, Chen, Sehun, Chanyeol, D.O., Kai, Suho, Xiumin and Lay.

"Lay, who is currently very active in China, has participated in the production of the Chinese language music and music video, making it possible to see them at once," SM Entertainment said in a press statement obtained by Yonhap News Agency.

SM Entertainment went on to reveal that the British producing duo, LDN Noise, have worked on "Don't Mess up My Tempo" along with MARZ Music, The Underdogs, Kenzie, and Bazzi. The group's main rapper and vocalist, Chanyeol, have also participated in the songwriting.

Not much has been said about the group's comeback album, other than it will be released in three versions and will feature 11 songs, including a Chinese version of the first track, ostensibly the single, "Tempo."

The "Don't Mess up My Tempo" tracklist is as follows: "Tempo," "Sign," "Ooh La La La," "Gravity," "With You," "Bad Dream," "Damage," "Smile On My Face," "Oasis," and "Tempo (Chinese version)."

EXO, who debuted in 2012, is one of the most popular K-pop groups in the industry today. The group have won numerous awards in China and South Korea, including six Daesang awards - the most significant awards given in the Korean music industry - from the Mnet Asian Music Awards.

EXO's "Power" also became the first K-pop song to play at The Dubai Fountain at Burj Khalifa Lake, Dubai in early January. It was initially scheduled to play until the end of January but its run was extended until March 31 due to insistent public demand. Despite their immense success, the nine-member group keep their feet on the ground.

"PSY, Super Junior, Girls' Generation, TVXQ!, and SHINee sunbaes paved the way for us, and it's our duty as hoobae groups to solidify K-Pop's position in the world," EXO's Suho, whose real name is Kim Jun-Myeon, said in a previous interview, as quoted by Korea Boo. "We want to take part in that effort and are preparing performances and making music with that in mind," he added.
