Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx are planning to move into a $56 million penthouse apartment in New York City, according to a latest report this week. This claim, however, has been debunked and the two aren't really moving.

Woman's Day Australia claims Holmes and Foxx have been spotted recently checking a five-bedroom apartment on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. This is said to be a "high security" residence, which includes private elevator, library, a dining terrace, as well as a 360-degree views of the city.

"It's tucked away in a quiet corner of Manhattan, and Katie fell in love with it the moment she saw it," an alleged source said to the magazine. Holmes is reportedly "delighted" that Foxx finally agreed to move from Los Angeles and relocate to the east coast.

"Katie thinks the world of Jamie and says he's the sweetest, kindest man she has ever known," the source continues. "Living together would be the icing on the cake!"

But this claim, according to Gossip Cop, is not really true as Foxx and Holmes are not planning to settle down together. In fact, People magazine reported the two "have their own separate lives and they aren't trying to join them together." Both of them enjoy spending time together, and they travel often to visit each other. However, Holmes and Foxx have no plans to live under the same roof yet.

Meanwhile, Woman's Day New Zealand wrongly reported earlier of this year that Holmes and Foxx were moving into a $30 million townhouse near Central Park. Obviously, this claim didn't happen.

Woman's Day Australia has also been caught several times for making claims about the relationship of the two. For instance, the tabloid reported back in May that Holmes is pregnant with Foxx's baby.

"Jamie has been amazing and has gone to every single doctor's appointment," said the alleged source. "Everyone is over the moon for Katie as they know how long she's wanted another baby." But months have already passed and there's no child on the way.

In addition, Gossip Cop also busted RadarOnline a few weeks ago for claiming the two were "moving down south" together. The tabloid maintained they were planning to purchasea a property in Atlanta to get out of the spotlight, but this hasn't even happened as well.

Now, the latest report regarding the actor and actress planning to buy a penthouse together in New York is also not true.
