"Dragon Ball Super: Broly" successfully build hype with little teasers here and there. People behind the film continuously excite fans with the revelation of the latest merchandise based on the movie that hints a new character is about to come.
"Dragon Ball Super: Broly" already revealed the appearances of the Legendary Super Saiyan Broly and the Super Saiyan God Vegeta. But aside from these two, OtakuKart reported another character is about to appear and set to play a very important role.
There are theories the mysterious character in "Dragon Ball Super: Broly" is the Metamoran Fusion of Goku and Vegeta, Gogeta. Some fans already know who Gogeta is. He was even seen in the future reborn.
If the theories are true, fans will once again have the chance to see Gogeta in "Dragon Ball Super: Broly." There is also a possibility that he will go head-to-head against Broly.

Frankensip also added that the "rare figure" is a warrior who would face Broly in "Dragon Ball Super: Broly." According to Comic Book, the film's promos heavily tease the mysterious character's appearance, and it seems to be part of a big "marketing plan."
New "Dragon Ball: Broly" promos might reveal new character designs of Gogeta that would come up with corresponding merchandise. So fans could expect to see more teasers regarding this new role.
There are also other theories that the mysterious character in "Dragon Ball Super: Broly" can be Jiren. There are also claims that it is Lord Slug. People who said it is Gogeta contend the teaser does not fully show the figure's hair to deceive fans.
But since the revealed the mysterious character in "Dragon Ball Super: Broly" has "two alternate colors," it only proved that it could be Gogeta. The said two forms could be Gogeta in his base or Super Saiyan form and the fused character in the power-up mode that could be either Super Saiyan Blue or Super Saiyan God Gogeta.
