Britney Spears is not grooming her 13-year-old son Sean to become an NFL player, despite the claim of the latest report. This story has been debunked and set straight for the record.

OK! Magazine claims Spears believed her teenage son "has what it takes to be the next Tom Brady," so she wants to turn him to be an NFL star in the future.

"Britney's pouring thousands of dollars into private lessons and has even hired a former pro football player to coach him after school," said an alleged insider to the magazine.

The article, however, did not mention who is this "former pro football player." Still, the untraceable source further contends "Britney's constantly taking pictures of him on the field for her photo album. She's convinced he's going to be a star."

But, a source close to Spear said to Gossip Cop that the tabloid's story is "incorrect." In fact, Spears previously told People magazine that she's actually worried about her son playing football.

"It's so funny because he's kind of tiny so I worry about them being out there with all their gear and all that kind of stuff 'cause they actually tackle each other," she told the reliable outlet. "To me, he's still a baby so I'm like 'Please stop!'"

Although Spears attend football games of her son and supports his hobby, the singer seems to be somewhat worried her son is participating in such a physical sport. That fact that she's concerned about her son participating in the particular sport discredits the idea that she's campaigning for him to play professionally. Hence, the claim of the tabloid is simply fabricated.

In addition, OK! Magazine has a history of making false claims regarding the personal life of the singer. Gossip Cop busted the publication back in May 2017 for claiming Spears was pregnant with Sam Asghari's baby after the two secretly got married in Hawaii. Spears allegedly asked permission to her son, and her friends urged her to propose to Asghari. Yet, this claim hasn't really happened.

But still, the same tabloid made a story once again claiming Spears and Asghari got married in Las Vegas on New Year's Eve, and totally forgot to mention it's prior report regarding the alleged "secret wedding" in Hawaii.

It's clear to say, as per Gossip Cop, that the outlet is just making stories about the singer's personal life. And the latest claim about her grooming her son to become an NFL player isn't true as well.
