Miranda Lambert is planning to make a reality show that will tell a story about her life, according to the latest claim of a magazine. But this report has been corrected, which is only based on an unidentifiable source.
Star Magazine declared Lambert is "ready to lift the lid off her past and present on her own reality TV show." Then, the outlet contends her ex-husband Blake Shelton, and exes Evan Felker and Anderson East, will have a part on her "upcoming reality show."
To make the narrative believable, the tabloid cited a source "close to Lambert" saying, "Miranda is the first to admit she has her faults, but she'd like people to watch her show and make up their own minds about her."
The outlet noted that Lambert's reality show would be a success as her fans know she's a bit of a "bad girl," but that's the reason why they love her. The alleged "pal" of Lambert further added that people could relate to her songs about carousing, smoking, and drinking.
"Putting her on TV is a no-brainer," continues the source. The "TV show" will have no limits, the untraceable tipster explained, so Shelton will probably not be happy about this.
"If her show is picked up," the questionable tipster concludes, "there'll be a whole lot of people quaking in their boots about what she might say and do."
But, according to Gossip Cop, the entire claim of the outlet isn't true at all. First, the article never offered any details about the supposed reality show, including which networks or cable channels are being pitched. It only revealed her past relationships would be featured on the show. The main reason why the tabloid didn't give any specifics is because Lambert isn't doing some sort of reality show, particularly about her life.
Marcel Pariseau, who is a rep for Lambert, also confirmed the claim was a lie.
"There is, and never has been, any interest in Miranda doing or participating in a reality TV show about her life or her music." Pariseau pointed out, "If there is one thing you need to know about Miranda, is this hypothetical story you are plotting would be the last thing on this Earth she would ever consider doing. Quite simply this is a lie!"
Gossip Cop also asked legitimate sources close to Lambert to confirm the claim, but they only denied the tabloid's claim.
