A new report claims Amal Clooney dumped her husband, George Clooney during their fourth anniversary. But this story has been set straight, and the marriage of the spouses is perfectly fine.
Life & Style magazine reported Amal and George are heading for a divorce because they didn't spend time together during their fourth anniversary last September 27, since Amal was in New York while her husband was in Los Angeles. An alleged source of the tabloid asserted, "The fact that they couldn't manage to be in the same city and spend such an important day together was writing on the wall."
But actually, the reason why Amal was in New York on the morning of Sept. 28 is that she had made a UN plea for two reporters jailed in Myanmar. Still, the untraceable insider of the outlet contends Amal and George are "over as a couple" since they did not spend time together on their anniversary.
"It's pretty cold, but Amal had had enough," the tipster continues.
Furthermore, the blog pointed out the terms of custody if ever they decided to get a divorce. First, the source said George allegedly felt Amal only used him to boost her career "and get her hands on his fortune." But, it can be noted Amal was already a world-renowned attorney and made quite a nice living, even before she met George, who is an American actor, filmmaker, and businessman.
The unnamed "insider" hypothesized the divorce of the spouses saying, "I bet she would want primary custody" of their twins Ella and Alexander. Then, the tabloid pointed out the differences between the two, such as being an Oxford-educated lawyer and being a Hollywood actor.
Allegedly, Amal could not stand the movie business and thinks George's celebrity friends are "fake." Meanwhile, George was turned off by her "pretentious" crowd of British "barristers and top political thinkers."
However, according to Gossip Cop, the claim of the tabloid is simply absurd, and the marriage of the two is perfectly fine. Just a month ago, the same outlet reported Amal and George felt they were "trapped" in a "bad marriage." The tabloid also claimed back in June that George plans to get a divorce even though Amal was pregnant with their third child. In their latest article, the tabloid didn't even mention Amal's alleged pregnancy.
It's clear to say, as per Gossip Cop, the publication is only making false claims when it comes to the relationship between the two. It's not true that George got "dumped" by Amal on their fourth anniversary, and in fact, they are still happily married.
