Lisa Vanderpump and Camille Grammer are known as long-time friends since they starred in Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" in 2010. That is why fans were left wondering why the former missed her co-star's wedding last Saturday, Oct. 19.
Camille Grammer got married to attorney David C. Meyer at a private beach club in Hawaii. It was attended by their loved ones - among them, the bride's close friends from "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," including Lisa Rinna, Teddi Mellencamp-Arroyave, Kyle Richards, and Dorit Kemsley. Notably missing was Lisa Vanderpump.

Now, a source close to Lisa Vanderpump gave a quick explanation as to why she was absent from the wedding. The 58-year-old television personality and restaurateur is reportedly going through a lot right now, following the heightened tensions with "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" co-stars and the death of her brother last May.
"It's not been the best time for her," a source told People Magazine. "Lisa's choosing not to film during any of the group activities. [She] doesn't want to be around the women as a group, so she's getting less filming time. But nobody has quit. She's definitely still on the show," the source explained.
This after news broke that Dorit Kemsley giving away a puppy she adopted from Lisa Vanderpump's rescue organization is the source of the tensions. The latter was allegedly upset about the puppy's whereabouts and told the former that returning it to a shelter jeopardized her organization.
However, Dorit Kemsley was reportedly not the one who gave the puppy to a shelter. Instead, she gave the puppy to a female friend after it bit her two-year-old daughter, Phoenix Kemsley. Much to her surprise, the said female friend brought the puppy to an animal shelter where a microchip traced it back to Lisa Vanderpump's rescue organization.
Lisa Vanderpump and Dorit Kemsley's confrontation over the adopted puppy will allegedly be featured in "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 9. The former's kids - Phoenix Kemsley and Jagger - were also allegedly getting death threats from animal lovers over the incident.
To make things more exciting, "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" season 9 will see the return of Kyle Richards, Lisa Rinna, Erika Girardi, Teddi Mellencamp Arroyave, and Denise Richards. The new season is expected to premiere sometime in 2019 on Bravo.
