Katie Holmes and her 12-year-old daughter Suri Cruise are reportedly fighting because Jamie Foxx is moving in with them. However, this story has been debunked and confirmed that the entire claim is untrue.

NW magazine reported Holmes and Foxx bought a five-bedroom penthouse in New York City, but the daughter of the actress isn't happy that all of them will be living under the same roof. The so-called source of the magazine asserted although Suri doesn't mind having Foxx before, she is now giving her mother a cold shoulder ever since they bought the property.

The alleged insider then contends, "Suri doesn't like this idea of Jamie invading her home space and becoming a sort of stepdad." This issue allegedly started, as per the unknown tipster, because Suri wanted to spend more time with her real dad Tom Cruise as she hasn't seen him for years and she missed him so much especially now that she's close to becoming a teenager. Then, the suspicious source added this would cause a drama with Holmes if Tom is back in the picture.

But, according to Gossip Cop, the article of the tabloid is only based on a false claim and a non-existent source. Just earlier of this month, Star magazine and Woman's Day have been busted for claiming Holmes and Foxx had purchased a property in NYC. A rep for the actress confirmed there is no truth on that report, they haven't bought a property nor had plans to move in together.

With this latest story, a rep for Holmes once again made it clear to Gossip Cop that this isn't true at all. The actress and her daughter aren't also fighting, simply because Foxx isn't moving in with them. What's more suspicious is that the NW noted the couple purchased a $78 million "five-bedroom penthouse," but the previous report from the same tabloid reported the price is $56 million. It's unlikely that property was up by $22 million in value after a few weeks.

Also, NW magazine has been making false narratives regarding the personal life of the actress. Back in May, the outlet reported Joshua Jackson has been spending some time with Holmes and Suri as her romance with Foxx ended, but reps for both stars denied the claim and said the story is fabricated. This claim wasn't even noted on the latest report, making the story a pure fiction, as per Gossip Cop.
