No matter what you have and how successful you are, there would always be something that can trigger negative emotions, which can pull your head down big time. This is what Ariana Grande, is going through now. Despite considering herself as the "luckiest girl in the world," Grande recently opened up how guilty she is for still feeling negative despite having everything that she has in her life.
In a TV appearance where Grande was interviewed by Davina McCall of BBC News, Grande shared, "You have ups and downs and sometimes you'll go weeks at a time where you will be crushing it and there will be no anxiety." She added, "Then something will happen that can trigger it. It feels silly because I feel like the luckiest girl in the world... So I almost feel guilty I have it. It's in your head, no matter how good things are."
According to Grande, anxiety isn't always there. But whenever it strikes, she would take a break and would reach out for support from her friends and families.
The 'No Tears Left to Cry' singer also encourages people who are also experiencing this walk in life to reach out for help, as posted by NME. She emphasizes that if there are attacks, talk to people. There is nothing more important than to let that negative emotion out by seeking help from people around you.
Grande has been open with her emotional and mental struggles recently, according to Music News. She was able to express this side of her story through most of the songs, which are included in her newest album Sweetener. She was also very brave and honest by sharing stories of her anxiety attacks on her Instagram account. She wrote: "Can't believe I almost let my anxiety ruin this for me today... not today Satan! Not tomorrow or the day after either."
The 'Focus' singer explained she is aware that a lot of people are looking up to her. This is her reason why she wants these people to see who she are and her real story. She believes she doesn't have to be perfect. What's important is her honesty to them.
Despite what she is feeling now, Grande still told her fans she is now ready for her upcoming tour this 2019 for her recent album. But because of her mental and emotional situation, fans are still unsure if she can still pursue it. That was after Grande announced her plans to take a break from the entertainment scene so she can focus more of her situation and get well.
