Jonah Hill is not crushing on Emma Stone for years and does not consider her as "the one that got away," despite the claim of a recent report. This story has been corrected and proved to be only fabricated.
In 2007, Hill and Stone co-starred in the comedy film "Superbad," and they recently reunited in Netflix's original series "Maniac." Now, OK! Magazine claims the actor fell for the actress many years ago, but he could never find a way on how to pursue her. The so-called source told the outlet that Hill wanted to tell Stone what he feels about her. However, the timing is not always right, so he's scared to confess his feelings.
The alleged insider further said the actor considers the actress as his "dream girl." But, he felt that their relationship was more of a brother-sister relationship than a romantic one when they started working again on Maniac, and then the tipster concluded Hill will always carry a torch for Stone despite the situation.
However, as per Gossip Cop, the tabloid didn't say anything about the actor dating stylist Gianna Santos for a few months now, and their relationship is becoming more serious. It's also worth noting that even though Hill and Stone were friends for more than a decade, their relationship remains to be platonic.
In fact, during red carpet premiere of "Maniac" back in September, the actor said, "We've been friends for a decade, we worked together 12 years ago, and then we've been friends for that long."
Moreover, both Hill and Stone gushed over their friendship in an interview with InStyle, noting that what they have was real and they were true pals for many years. Hence, OK! Magazine is only making false claims about the two to tie them in a narrative to make it seem like the actor has been crushing on Stone for more than a decade, although that's not the case.
The tabloid also reported the same story earlier this year, but the case is that Stone is the one who wants to date Hill and she was pursuing the actor on the set of their upcoming Netflix series at that time. A source close to the situation denied the claim and confirmed there's no romance developing between the two. Obviously, as per Gossip Cop, the stories of the tabloid didn't align with the situation, making them both fabricated.
