The "Chilling Adventure Of Sabrina" in the comic series is not similar on Netflix's as the horrors in the comics are actually graphic, much darker, and horrifying. Sabrina Spellman's parents were particularly disturbing on the comic series, where they remain to be a big mystery in the Netflix series.

Hilda Spellman (Lucy Davis) and Zelda Spellman (Miranda Otto) are the witches aunt of Sabrina (Kiernan Shipka) who told her that her parents died due to an accident. But the Weird Sisters, Prudence Night (Tati Gabrielle), Agatha (Adeline Rudolph), and Dorcas (Abigail Cowen), told her that's not really the truth.

The characters of Diana and Edward Spellman in the comics were really different, as per Comic Book Resources. Sabrina thought her mother Diana was really dead, but her father Edward actually kept her in the insane asylum. Her father then met another witch named lola, but left her when the Weird Sisters prophecized he should marry a mortal to continue the legacy of the Spellman family. However, lola was heartbroken because of that so she jumped into a pen of lions - Madam Satan's origin story.

Harvey Kinkle (Ross Lynch) didn't die on Netflix's series, but he died on comics. Sabrina tried to perform a resurrection spell, but things didn't go the way she had planned. The events in the comic series started to get much darker and horrifying when Edward's spirit gets housed in Harvey's body. Sabrina isn't aware of this, she's happy that her boyfriend is back to life. She dressed up nicely for newly resurrected Harvey and tightly embraced him.

Edward, who is living on Harvey's body, is aware that Sabrina is her daughter, yet he considered kissing her and taking her at a motel. Perhaps, this is the super-dark and most horrifying part of the comic series where Edward considered sleeping with his own daughter.

In Netflix's series, the only thing that was revealed about Edward is that he used to be a high priest of the Church of the Night, but there's no indication how he obtained that role. In the comic series, the backstory of Edward shows how cunning he is and he obtained the position of a high priest as he staged a coup against the then-current high priest.

Another interesting part in the comic series that might be on "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" Season 2 is that Aunt Hilda and Zelda were actually responsible for Edward's disappearance. Sabrina looks up to her father in Netflix's series, so it would be painful for her to find out her aunts turned her father into a tree.

Still, both versions of "Chilling Adventures of Sabrina" are great in their own way, but it's just that the comics is much darker and horrifying than in Netflix.
