Nam Joo Hyuk shares his three mottos in life and talks about his upcoming series "Dazzling" during his recent interview and pictorial for Cosmo Men. The South Korean actor was selected to be the cover model for the December issue of the magazine.
Nam Joo Hyuk particularly becomes very busy this year, where he also debuted in the hit movie "The Great Battle." In the interview, he said that it's really often someone gets an opportunity like that, so he was very happy that he was selected to do the movie but also felt pressured in doing a good job while filming.
Then, the actor shared there are three specific mottos that permeate in his life. The first one is, "Become a better person;' second, "Don't become someone who has stopped moving;" and the third one, "Keep challenging yourself." Nam Joo Hyuk said that although these three were all in the same vein, they are still slightly different from one another.
He explained that his second motto means he doesn't want to stay still without improving or growing, while the third one means he shouldn't feel afraid or scared about the approaching future and he just wanted to take new challenges without fear while he can.
Nam Joo Hyun also talked about JTBC's "Dazzling," saying he had a great time filming it. The upcoming fantasy drama is a story of a woman who had lost her time before she got the chance to use it all and a man who lives his life by doing nothing and wasting his brightest days. The series will follow the lives of these two people, who were living at the same time but also living completely in different times.
Nam Joo Hyuk will be playing the role of Lee Joon Ha, a man who wanted to become a reporter. He is working hard to achieve his dream job, but he is throwing the brightest days of his life and living hopelessly. He said he's very happy in doing the series because he is working with great senior actors and he will surely remember it for a long time.
Other main casts of "Dazzling" include Kim Hye Ja and Han Ji Min (both of them will be playing the role of Kim Hye Ja), a woman who can travel through time. But no matter what she does, she was being caught in complicated situations.
According to Soompi, "Dazzling" started filming last October and it will be airing sometime in 2019.
