The second teaser of SBS upcoming drama "Death Song" shows how Lee Jong Sung and Shin Hye Sun's characters conquer love despite the challenges they are facing. The series tells a tragic romance between Yoon Shim Deok (Shin Hye Sun), Joseon's greatest soprano, and Kim Woo Jin (Lee Jong Suk), a genius playwright. Their romance will take place when people of Joseon cannot sing and love freely.

At the start of the second teaser, Lee Jong Suk can be heard saying words like, a heart that is hot but at the same time suffocating. Someone then hits him, which makes him crashed into the dishes, causing them all shattered. The people around them - including Yoon Shim Deok - screamed and looked shocked, and then a voice started saying freedom was there 10 years ago, but it doesn't exist in the country anymore.

Despite the challenges they are facing, Kim Woo Jin and Yoon Shim Deok enjoy the time they spent together. The two walked on the beach wearing smiles on their faces, and they also sat on a bench next to each other while reading books. And then, a man asked Yoon Shim Deok if she likes or loves Kim Woo Jin, she just looked at him and said, it doesn't matter what she feels, as long as she can be with him.

As they hugged each other at the beach, Lee Jong Suk said, "For the first and last time, I'm going to live a life that is most like me. Despite the fact that this life may be the end of the world."

Meanwhile, a photo released recently showed Kim Woo Jin's agony while living in a hopeless era as an artist and elite. He looks focused on writing about something, giving viewers a hint into his flowing emotions and determination. The series will also focus on his works portraying the darkness of that era, Soompi reported.

Yoon Shim Deok, on the other hand, is the first soprano of Joseon who stood in front of the crowd with her talent and effort. She is a modern and outspoken woman although the era's norm didn't allow women to be independent or active. Shin Hye Sun's character has a captivating charm but also carries a sorrowful attitude.

The three-part series of Death Song will be airing this coming November 27, December 3, and December 4 at 10 p.m. KST.
