In the finale episode, a group of bad thugs tried to take Lee Soo Yeon away to beat him up, but Seo In Woo tracked down his little brother and saved him, risking his life for his little brother.
Lee Soo Yeon saving his older brother
Lee Soo Yeon wasn't in the best condition, but he still used his bio-arm to save his older brother Seo In Woo. It's a touching moment that he's willing to put his life on danger so that he can pull his brother's car to stop it from falling over the edge of a cliff.
Na Young Joo made a move on Oh Dae Gi
Na Young Joo (Lee Soo Kyung) was afraid to put down her walls, but she still lets Oh Dae Gi (Kim Kyung Nam) loves her - who's smitten with her throughout the entire series. During the final episode, the two were aware of other's feelings, and it's still an adorable moment to see, although they didn't make their relationship official.
Han Yeo Reum and Lee Soo Yeon shared a kiss
Mr. Jang gave Han Yeo Reum the needle that will inhibit Lee Soo Yeon from using the robotic leg and arm. She gets the opportunity to poke the needle into him when she spends the night at his house. When she's about to do it, Lee Soo Yeon wakes up from his sleep, and she pleads with him to save himself. The two shared a kiss, and then Lee Soo Yeon brings the needle to himself.
When Han Yeo Reum and Lee Soo Yeon finally meet again at the airport
It's not clear what happens next after Lee Soo Yeon stabs himself with the needle. The scene shifts a year later, wherein Han Yeo Reum is still working at the airport. When she heard workers talking about Lee Soo Yeon, she rushes to find him. The two eventually meet and shared an embrace. But, this scene brings up some questions since his face wasn't revealed. It's not also clear where was he for a year and if still have the robotic arm and leg.
