Singer Katy Perry and actor Orlando Bloom are still going strong, despite an earlier report claiming that their relationship has hit rock bottom over a prenuptial agreement.

According to the latest issue of Life & Style Magazine (via Gossip Cop), Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom secretly got engaged last September. However, their life as a newly engaged couple went awry when the 34-year-old singer-songwriter suddenly asked the latter to sign a prenuptial agreement.

It is said to be an ironclad pre-nuptial agreement, which includes a $2 million cheating clause and $1 million penalties if Orlando Blooms leaves Katy Perry within their first two years of marriage.

"Orlando [Bloom] is madly in love with Katy [Perry] and wants to marry her, but that doesn't stop him from being offended," an unnamed insider told Life & Style Magazine. "He doesn't understand why she's being this way."

The insider went ahead to say that the "I Kissed a Girl" hitmaker is now being cautious due to her failed marriage to Russell Brand. The former couple, who got married in a traditional Hindu ceremony, announced their divorced just after 14 months of marriage due to conflicting career schedules and his desire to have children before she was ready.

However, there is no evidence that supports Life & Style Magazine's claims. Katy Perry's representative also debunked the report and clarified that the singer-songwriter and "The Lord of the Rings" star are not engaged yet.

Instead, Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom are just taking things slowly especially now that they are both busy with their respective careers. The former will once again serve as a judge in the upcoming 17th season of ABC's "American Idol" alongside award-winning singers Lionel Richie and Luke Bryan. It is set to premiere sometime in 2019.

Moreover, Katy Perry will perform to raise funds for victims of the tragic Woolsey Fires at the One Love Malibu festival on Dec. 2. She will be joined by other performers such as Gwen Stefani and Whitney Cummings, according to The Page Six.

Orlando Bloom, on the other hand, will star as Rycroft Philostrate in the upcoming neo-noir fantasy web television series, "Carnival Row," created by Travis Beacham and René Echevarria. It is set to premiere in 2019 on Amazon Video.

He will also join actors Leslie Odom Jr, Cynthia Erivo, Freida Pinto and Jadyn Wong in John Ridley's upcoming science fiction film, "Needle in a Timestack." No release date has been set yet.
