A new report suggests Keith Urban is planning to undergo surgery to fix his "turkey neck." But this report, however, was confirmed to be untrue.

National Enquirer claims Urban wanted to make his neck less saggy and he's determined to go under the knife. A so-called source of the outlet claims the 51-year-old country star has tried different expensive creams just to get rid of his loose and wrinkled skin, but all of them didn't work.

"He's desperate because he thinks it gives away all the other procedures he's had done to preserve his face," the unknown tipster asserted. But this report is likely fabricated, and there's no evidence the country singer is planning to get surgery.

According to Gossip Cop, the claim of the tabloid comes from a nonexistent source, and a spokesperson of Urban confirmed the report was entirely fabricated and untrue. The same tabloid already has records of making false narratives regarding the country star and his alleged cosmetic procedures.

For instance, the tabloid has been busted earlier this year for claiming his wife Nicole Kidman was urging him to undergo plastic surgery. At that time, the tabloid claimed Urban refused to get any procedures and allegedly told his wife that they should embrace aging. Hence, its previous report and the latest one contradict each other's claims.

Last month, Globe magazine - the sister outlet of the tabloid - also attempted to create a story about the singer "binging" on Botox. The publication alleged Urban has gone through a rough patch and wants some "touch-up" so he'll remain the music idol Kidman fell in love with. This claim only comes from the opinion of an alleged doctor, who hasn't even treated the country star.

It's also worth noting that National Enquirer was making claims about celebrities having a turkey neck. In 2016, Gossip Cop debunked the claim of the outlet about George Clooney planning to get plastic surgery to fix his turkey neck, and he's always complaining to his wife, Amal, about the wrinkles on his neck. Then, the outlet also claimed in 2015 that Lindsay Lohan was getting liposuction to get rid of her turkey neck.

Moreover, the same tabloid wrongly reported in 2017 that Kidman spent over $1 million on plastic surgery, and she's lying about the procedures she allegedly gets done. But, all of these claims were confirmed to be fabricated, and the latest story about Urban having "turkey neck" is inaccurate as well.
