K-pop fans, rejoice! Former Girls' Generation member Jessica Jung recently dropped a new single "One More Christmas," which she said a gift for her fans this holiday season.

In an interview with Korea's fashion magazine High Cut, the 29-year-old singer-turned-actress shared the story behind her new single "One More Christmas," and why it is so special and personal to her.

"Christmas is the most colorful holiday of the season, and the day everyone looks forward to," Jessica Jung told fashion magazine High Cut, as quoted by The Korea Herald. "I wanted to make a Christmas song, sort of as a gift for my fans, that reminds people of happy times and memories when they listen to it," she added.

"One More Christmas," which was produced in partnership with make-up giant company Amuse, was released last Dec. 14. The said single was well-received by the public and has now reached more than 250,000 views on YouTube.

Aside from her new single, Jessica Jung also talked about her decision to leave Girls' Generation for good in 2014 to pursue a career in fashion. She said she is not the type to wallow in regrets and reiterated that working in the fashion industry has been her longtime goal and dream.

She is also grateful that she met a perfect team who share the same vision with her at the perfect timing. She added that she does not want to rush anything as she is enjoying the process of slowly turning her ultimate dream into a reality.

Jessica Jung also took the opportunity to thank her younger sister, f(x) member Krystal Jung, adding that she is a big part of the reason she is doing so well right now. She also considered the latter as her mentor in so many ways.

As of press time, Jessica Jung is juggling business and work. She is busy managing her fashion line, Blanc & Eclare, which now operates 60 stores across Seoul, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Taiwan, Tokyo, Vancouver, and New York.

At the same time, the "Love Me The Same" hitmaker is also gearing up for her international debut. She will be represented by United Talent Agency in North America for music, film, television, and endorsements, while she will continue to be repped by South Korea's Coridel Entertainment and U.S.-based East West Artists, according to The Hollywood Reporter.
