"Outlander" Season 4 Episode 11, titled "If Not For Hope," is the series' penultimate episode, and it will show an intense turn out of events. As Roger (Richard Rankin) is gone missing and Brianna (Sophie Skelton) is pregnant, Claire (Caitriona Balfe) and Jamie (Sam Heughan) will do everything to help their daughter and find the love of her life.

Starz also drops "Outlander" Season 4 Episode 11's teaser, and it shows Jamie, Claire, and Young Ian looking for Roger after a tribe of Native Americans took him for captive. Jamie asked Young Ian if he recognizes the necklace he hands him while Claire looks concern. The young man then told his uncle that it is a Mohawk village called Shadow Lake.
The trailer then shows Brianna gaining a lot of unwanted attention from a group of men who receive invites to win her. The slave Phaedre (Natalie Simpson) tells her that one of the guys, Mr. Forbes, likes her, and she starts to get worried in "Outlander" Season 4 Episode 11. Brianna then asks Fergus' help, although the latter looked terrified and scared after he flees.
Later, Claire asks for Jamie's forgiveness and confesses that she should have told her about Stephen Bonnet (Ed Speelers) raping Brianna. The scene then pans to Lord John Grey (David Berry)'s appearance in "Outlander" Season 4 Episode 11. He seems to talk to Brianna and give her some advice. Will he help Brianna out of her hard situation?
"Outlander" Season 4 Episode 11 trailer ends with Murtagh. He comes in a tavern when Stephen stays and seems to take revenge for Brianna. Will Murtagh kill Stephen?
According to CarterMatt, Murtagh is in a mission to find Stephen to make sure Jamie will avenge her daughter. He will do everything to help his godson/cousin. He will also recruit Fergus to do the cause.
On the other hand, Roger may not need to rescuing anymore. He may be safe in North Carolina, but he has no idea what is happening to Brianna. Roger doesn't know that Brianna is pregnant and Aunt Jocasta is busy looking for the right husband for her.
"Outlander" Season 4 Episode 11, "If Not For Hope," will air on Sunday, January 13, in America on Starz. It will be out the next day, Monday, January 14, in the UK on Amazon Prime.
