"Dragon Ball Super" new "Galactic Patrol Prisoner" arc continues to reveal Moro's superpowers. With his great strength and ability, there is a new theory that Goku and Vegeta may need to sacrifice their powers to defeat him. The new story also introduced other races as it once again visited the Namekians in the planet of New Namek, and it seemed like it would make a comeback.
Goku told his party about Moro's ki in "Dragon Ball Super." The baddie's location made everyone confused, but they later realized it was near New Namek. "We managed to save them all. But for their own safety, nobody's supposed to know where they're living," the Saiyan said, pertaining to the time they evacuated Namek in "Dragon Ball Z," per Comic Book.
Goku and the rest of the team learned Moro wanted the Namekia Dragon Balls, so Vegeta and Goku used the Instant Transmission to go to New Namek in "Dragon Ball Super." When they arrived, they urged Namekians to flee while they managed to beat Moro. As the three prepared for a fight, the planet's future remained to be a mystery.
Moro's superpowers proved he is the most dangerous villain Goku and Vegeta have faced in "Dragon Ball Super." Moro desperately wanted the Namekian Dragon Balls because of its "wish-granting power" that he would use for his own benefits.
Moro knew Goku and Vegeta would never let him have the Namekian Dragon Balls when he saw them on New Namek. Hence, a fight ensued in "Dragon Ball Super."
Vegeta learned Moro was not easy prey. His abilities were much more than what he appeared to be in "Dragon Ball Super." Despite his stay in the Galatic Patrol prison for 10 million years, his fighting skills stayed fast and agile that Vegeta couldn't even land his hand on him even if he was in his Super Saiyan forms.
When Vegeta transformed into Super Saiyan God, Moro removed his robes and revealed a "long and limber body" with a rigid figure. He also mocked the Saiyan, saying it was only the start, and he has "much more power to reveal." Moro's superpower in "Dragon Ball Super" seemed to be coming from magic.
The "Dragon Ball Super" new "Galactic Patrol Prisoner" arc noted Moro is a "cosmic-level threat ten million years ago" because of the intense power of his magic. The villain acquired this superpower by absorbing the planets life forces and its inhabitants.
Supreme Kai ruler Daikaioh sacrificed almost all of his godly ki to keep that magic away from Moro. But, it left him depowered. Hence, he could not be the one to defeat Moro in "Dragon Ball Super," even if they managed to separate Daikaioh from Majin Buu.
So, there are theories that Goku and Vegeta need to sacrifice their Super Saiyan God powers to do the same thing Daikaioh did when he sealed Moro's superpower away. But, fans might see Moro's full ability and magic in "Dragon Ball Super" before it happens.
