Big Storm Brewing, an alcohol brewing company based in Florida, is reportedly launching the Big Storm Coffee Company, which is its very own coffee outfit. Known for their award-winning craft beers, Big Storm Coffee is the company's first ever venture into the other side of the beverage sphere, this time offering their patrons with their own unique blend of caffeinated hot drinks. And as the name suggests, Big Storm Coffee will introduce a wide variety of freshly made and roasted coffees, including espresso-based drinks such as macchiatos, lattes, and of course, cappuccinos.
In an interview, L.J. Govoni, owner of Big Storm Brewing, said, "We take great pride in roasting our own coffee beans and we apply the same attention to quality, taste and customer satisfaction that have become the hallmark of our other brews."
Govoni was also quick to add, Big Storm Coffee Co. uses cutting-edge low-pressure technology, creating a superiorly clean, vivid and aromatic coffee," stating that the beans themselves are all Thoughtfully sourced and roasted right in Tampa Bay by Big Storm's in-house roaster Chris Ramsey, guaranteeing that the company's cold brew "provides you with all the natural energy you need to weather any storm."
Grand launch
To celebrate this new milestone for the company and foray into new ground, Big Storm Brewing is reportedly launching what it calls as a Shufflin' Into the Market party, to be held at St. Petersburg Shuffleboard Club on Sunday, March 31st from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. According to the company, the party is free of admission and is fully open to the public, and anyone else who wants to celebrate along with the new brand. To add to the fun, the launching party will also be featuring a DJ, food for the guests, a shuffleboard tournament, and of course, samples of Big Storm Coffee Co's brews. These samples include Big Storm's Coffee's Original Cold Brew, and its Nitro Cold Brew, which features the finest 100% Arabica beans and Havana Coffee Porter made with fresh craft-roasted beans.
Per the company, Big Storm Coffee will be initially sold at Big Storm Brewing's three Florida taprooms, which is Clearwater, Cape Coral, and Odessa. However, the coffee will soon be sold at more Tampa Bay locations as the brand goes on.
