On the eve of April 26, the Look What You Made Me Do singer made a surprise appearance in Nashville, Tennessee. And apparently, she has finally revealed what the fuss is all about.
In her arrival, she unveiled a wall mural that appears to have similar features with the Instagram posts that she has been sharing for months now. And in it is a huge butterfly that comes in a pastel color scheme. Also, the details of the wings are very notable as they feature several other things like hearts, flowers, rainbows, cats, and leaves.
According to Taylor Swift, the things that make up the wings actually hold direct clues for the album's tracks and music. She revealed that these things tell a lot about the new music that she intends to release on her next album. While this is pretty cryptic and mysterious, it did not stop the fans to speculate more.
Aside from the butterfly image, the word, "ME!", is also quite notable in the mural. It is written in between the two wings, just right above the head.
And when Taylor Swift posed in the middle of the wings, the mural made a lot more sense to everyone. As it appears, it looks like that her new album will largely focus on her being a butterfly.
Some fans have theorized that it is possible that the title of her next album would be "ME" as what is written in the mural. Others, however, think that the upcoming album will simply speak more about her truest self including her transformation. Besides, butterflies have become a real icon for transformation.
