Before the release of ME!, almost all of Taylor Swift's fans are doing their respective detective works to unveil what's coming on April 26. Although some of them have speculated that a new album will come on that day, the Look What You Made Me Do singer released a new single, instead.
But even so, Taylor Swift has teased on the same day that the "biggest Easter egg" of the "entire thing" has been missed by everyone. She also shooked the Twitter world that no one was able to uncover it, yet.
The day after the release, she went on to reveal that the title of her second single and the name of her new album are all given in the music video of her latest single, ME!. Because of these teasers and revelations, the whole fandom of Taylor Swift went on to do more detective works. And as it happens, there are a lot of interesting things that have been uncovered in the said music video.
Taylor revealed in a live video on Instagram that they have done a lot of numerologies in the video. She also hinted that there is something going on in the cloud and briefcase scene. And as it appears, there are 13 clouds and seven briefcases on that specific scene. And in counting figures, many have theorized that her seventh album might be released on July 13 of this year.
It only makes sense though. There is also a scene in the video wherein a calendar has been stamped on its thirteenth day. So, a lot of people are now looking forward to what will happen on July 13.
There is also a scene in the video that shows a Christmas tree. However, no one in the video is wearing winter clothes. But one of the fans emphasized the phrase "Christmas tree and palm trees" which could be equated into Christmas in July. And this could mean that Taylor Swift will be giving out a great gift when July comes. Hence, the new album.
Aside from these number and figures, there is also a theory that her new album will focus on the country music genre. Thanks to the Dixie Chicks photo and her cowboy boots that are both apparent in the music video, this genre theory makes it possible.
The word "lover" with a heart sign replacing the letter "o," is also seen in the music video. It is highlighted in pink neon color which makes it much more intriguing. And many are seeing this as the possible name of either the new album or her upcoming single.
With all of these hints and clues, there is a huge chance that some of them are true. But even so, the whole fandom is still adamant about uncovering everything.
