Ghost Adventures is the number 1 rated series on Travel Channel. And having a total of 18 seasons with 203 episodes and 43 specials, the show's record speaks more volume about its current standing in the course of television series.
But while its record remains to be pretty impressive in recent years, there are still no confirmations yet about its renewal. As it happens, Ghost Adventures Season 19 is still not confirmed. So, there is no direct tell if the series will either be renewed or canceled.
Even so, it is worth noting that Ghost Adventures just wrapped up its latest season. On April 26, which is just a few days ago, Ghost Adventures Season 18 premiered its last episode. Hence, it might be still too early to learn if there will be a new season for the show.
Also, many sources state that Travel Channel is unlike the other networks. All because they do not confirm whether a certain series is renewed or canceled. And the only way for the viewers to know is to wait for the actual release dates.
But if in case that Ghost Adventures Season 19 gets its renewal, there is a huge chance that its premiere will take place before 2019 ends. As you may know, the series always gets to have two seasons each year. And usually, each of these seasons starts in March and September.
So, in consideration to the fact that Ghost Adventures Season 18 arrived on February of this year, Ghost Adventures Season 19 might start on August or September of this year. And that is only if it will be renewed by Travel Channel.
In other updates about the show, Newsweek recently published an article about the controversial investigation led by the team of Ghost Adventures. And in this investigation, it has been revealed that the team discovered a collection of jars at the property of Crescent Hotel.
These jars are mainly the reason why this investigation has become controversial and mysterious. As it appeared, these jars contain several removed tumors and body parts from different individuals in 1937 and onwards.
Although Newsweek stated that there is no release date yet for this episode, Zak Bagans revealed in a tweet that this episode would premiere on June. While some fans take it as an update for Ghost Adventures Season 19, others, however, see the Crescent Hotel episode as a new special installment for this year.
