Another crisis is about to hit Seattle in Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Finale. But aside from another intense catastrophe, fans will also see character developments as some of them will finally move on from all the difficulties they experienced in their lives. From the looks of it, a major change is about to happen.

ABC has yet to give any details about what is happening to the fan-favorite characters in Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Finale. However, there are assumptions Jo (Camilla Luddington) will stand up from her crisis and a new romance may begin.

"As fog begins to cover Seattle, the doctors of Grey Sloan navigate through personal complications," Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Finale official synopsis read. "Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) and Alex (Justin Chambers) attempt to save Gus (Christian Ganiere), while Levi (Jake Borelli) talks some sense into a struggling Nico (Alex Landi)."

According to CarterMatt, Levi and Nico's storyline is still in its early stages. In Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Finale, Nico tries to push aside everything he feels to get a new job. What he did seems to be not a good idea as he pushes away the person he loves the most, given the fact that it remains to be seen if he will get the job.

Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Finale will also focus on Meredith. Fans enjoy her storyline with Andrew (Giacomo Gianniotti). But in the process of featuring their relationship, viewers don't want to shift the show's story from being a medical drama to a romance series.

Meanwhile, talking about Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Finale, showrunner Krista Vernoff talked about how big the final episode would be. "We took some big swings. We were bold. [It's] exciting," she told Gold Derby.

The show's writer Elisabeth R. Finch, on the other hand, also said Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Finale is one of her favorite final episodes. "It's unexpected! We're not resting on our laurels in Season 15," she revealed.

Vernoff and Finch's statements made fans more excited for Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Finale. Another major cliffhanger may be happening, but it may surpass how previous seasons ended.

So far, Bustle reported fans had seen big moments of the doctors like Jo meeting her mother, Catherine's (Debbie Allen) cancer treatment, Meredith and DeLuca's romance, and the foster children drama of Amelia (Caterina Scorsone), Teddy (Kim Raver), and Owen (Kevin McKidd). Although no accident may happen on them, things may change in a snap for the doctors' lives in Grey's Anatomy Season 15 Finale, which will be out on Thursday, May 16, on ABC.
