With only three episodes left for the current installment, SEAL Team Season 2 is now on its way to its imminent end. In fact, the season finale is already inked and sealed to premiere before the month of May ends.
But while the series' end is already fast approaching, news and updates about its renewal are still nowhere to be found. And because of this, many of the fans are now wondering what could possibly happen to everyone in the plot.
Based on the official synopsis of SEAL Team Season 2 Episode 22 titled, Never Out Of The Fight, it seemingly appears that a huge change might happen in the course of the series.
This is actually in consideration of the fact that Commander Shaw is revealed to recommend a permanent split up for the Bravo Team. Even so, it is also mentioned in the synopsis that Jason's unit still has one final mission to change Shaw's mind.
According to Cartermatt, the future is still unknown for the Bravo Team. Although there is a huge chance that a split up might really happen in the end, the final mission that is mentioned is still a form of hope that the fans can hold on to. And so far, these are the primary speculations and predictions about the upcoming finale of SEAL Team Season 2.
Quite logically, it seems that the show is largely preparing its course for either a renewal or a cancellation of the show. If you would come to think of it, if the Bravo Team splits up, then this is already a form of farewell to everyone. So, when CBS decides to cancel the show, then this kind of ending is just fitting to the overall plot.
On the other hand, a split up for the Bravo Team is also a great form of a cliffhanger for the season. And if the network decides to renew SEAL Team for a new season, then it is a good starting point for a new plot.
With all these things at hand, it only goes to show that the possibility of a huge cliffhanger at the end of SEAL Team Season 2 is still unknown. Even so, things might further reveal itself when the show premieres its remaining episodes.
SEAL Team Season 2 is set to premiere its season finale on May 22. And as for its upcoming episode, it will air on May 1, on CBS.
