You would surely know by now that Taylor Swift communicated with her audience through a series of hints and clues. In fact, she refers to them as her dear "Easter eggs" that need hunting in order to reveal things about the message she wants to fully convey.
Most of the fandom had largely enjoyed this game that she is still playing. And it looks like that everyone's on board, especially on the beginning of these clues and hints.
The very first batch of these Easter eggs were all laid out before the release her latest single, ME!. Although everyone is still speculating that these clues have something to do with her upcoming album, there are a few people who theorized that they were related to one of the most-awaited Marvel film, Avengers: Endgame.
This actually happened due to the fact that Taylor Swift has been previously hinting the date, April 26, in almost all of her posts in social media. And as you may know, this also happened to be the premiere date of the popular Marvel film. As a result, the fandom theorized that her upcoming album is somehow related to the Avengers.
On April 26, Taylor Swift released the lead-off single for her upcoming album. While the ME! artist already revealed that this was actually the thing that she has been hinting all along, many still believe that Taylor Swift will have a cameo on Avengers: Endgame.
Sadly for the well-wishers, Taylor Swift did not appear on the said Marvel film. In fact, in her latest interviews, she called off all of the speculations about her involvement in the film. She even mentioned that it was really funny for the fans to think of it that way. But unfortunately, she and her album do not have something to do with the film.
She went on to further uncover that she felt bad for not being involved. While this has become a good joke of hers, some fans actually took it seriously.
But moving on from all the drawn conclusions about the said theories, Taylor Swift is still pursuing her "Easter egg hunt" with the fans. As it appears, she is very firm and committed to this kind of strategy as a warm welcome to her upcoming album.
As of the moment, there are no new updates about TS7. Even so, the clues and hints remain to be challenging and entertaining for most of the fandom.
