Many fans are, now, excited for the imminent premiere of The Curse of Oak Island Season 7 even if History Channel has not released any official details yet up to this writing. There is no denying that avid followers of the popular active reality television series were pleased when the network announced that it would be renewed for another season. However, despite its popularity, some are still wondering if TCOAI series would have the eighth installment in the future.

Rumors about The Curse of Oak Island Season 7 being the series' last installment continue to make rounds lately. Now that Marty and Rick Lagina are believed to be very near on finding the treasures buried underneath the tree-infested island located in Lunenburg County on the south shore of Nova Scotia, Canada, the series might not be renewed for a possible Season 8. Even in the sixth season, it was hinted that the team might solve the more than 200-year-old mystery very soon.

There are even reports saying that the Lagina brothers could, finally, find the treasure in the imminent The Curse of Oak Island Season 7. Spoilers even revealed that Rick, Marty, and the other members of the team were able to find an elongated piece of wood in Money Pit. It is believed that this newly found item is a part of a wrecked ship buried somewhere in the area.  The hidden vessel supposedly contains the artifacts and treasures.

The forthcoming The Curse of Oak Island Season 7 is expected to feature more drama and conflicts, especially after the machine operators decided to stop working for the Lagina Brothers. Most fans can recall that the workers asked Rick and Marty for a raise on their salaries. While the siblings discuss the matter, the operators went on a strike, which affected their operations in the 57-hectare island.

It is also predicted that Rick and Marty would discuss the challenges that are, currently, facing including the provision of the required permits for the next phases of their operations and how the team would deal with the upcoming Winter season. Rumors are also rife that the group activities during the Winter break are likely to be shown in the forthcoming The Curse of Oak Island Season 7.
