Viewers of Claws have seen Desna (played by Niecy Nash) and Roller (played by Jack Kesy) dance around their relationship. In Claws season 3 episode 4, which airs on Sunday, June 30, on TNT, however, Desna might just realize how much he matters to her after learning that he's been kidnapped by Mac (played by Michael Horse) and Melba (played by Rebecca Creskoff).
According to the episode synopsis for Claws season 3 episode 4, Desna will go far to get back her loved-one. She will call on Uncle Daddy (played by Dean Norris) for help in Roller's kidnapping, who will then advise her that there's only a one way to deal with the crazies like Mac and Melba, as seen in the teaser.
In figuring out a way to save Roller from his kidnappers, will Desna and her girls also find out who has been asking Mac and Melba to do their bidding? Roller is a pawn as Desna's casino operation has gone bigger.
Nash said in an interview with E! News that while her character embraces this new power all the money coming in, she's also saddled with more problems than ever before. The actress said that Claws season 3 would test Desna's relationships.
But it looks like Roller will stick around for a while as Nash also revealed in an interview with Newsweek that at she's going to have a lot to figure out about her man. Roller, on the other hand, will do everything to impress Desna, whom he's been eyeing since the first season.
"This season you kinda get to see her decide whether or not she's gonna really give him a chance or just shut the whole thing down," Nash said of what fans should expect next from Claws season 3. "He's going to try to see if he makes this move or that move if she'll like him a little more. You know how [men] do-[they] try to get a little shiny to see if you'll lean in a little more."
Meanwhile, a pregnancy in Claws season 3 will change the story for one of the characters. Nash hinted this new development in an interview with TV Guide, but she won't reveal who's going to be the new mom.
Viewers have to find out as Claws season 3 will continue its run this summer. The show also stars Carrie Preston, Judy Reyes, Karrueche Tran, and Jenn Lyon.
