Siren season 2 episode 11 recently aired and there are a lot of happenings in this episode, titled "Mixed Signals." Ben was put in a difficult situation; he needs more of Ryn's stem cells to help his mother, but getting more of which means Ryn's mental state will continue to deteriorate.

Ryn becomes aggressive and unpredictable if they'll continue extracting stem cells from her. So, how can Ben and Maddie help her control herself? In Siren season 2 episode 11, the two needed a bigger help as Ryn was out of the woods, wandering. They decided to call Nicole and tell her what happened, hoping she could help them.

Good thing, she agrees and helped Ben and Maddie track Ryn down. They found her on the woods, but she used her siren song to Maddie. While she already heard Ryn's song via audio, the real-life version has a different effect on her. With her singing, however, Ryn got out of her manic state, and they had the chance to talk to her properly.

She told them she knows the bad things she's doing and can remember everything - yet she can't control herself. Meanwhile, to find out if Ryn's song will have a similar effect on Maddie and Ben like that of Decker, they asked Nicole to scan their brains.

The result shows they indeed have some similarities to Decker's scans, and while it's not as bad as his, the damage is still there. They handed Ryn's recorded song to Nicole and her team to test it and find out how they could stop or reverse the damage. However, her boss discovers about the song and its effect on a mouse, so he wants it to be their top priority.

Ryn's song effects to Maddie is a particular concern, as she became aggressive, snappy, and even kissed Xander when the song started playing on her mind again. She's struggling to keep her actions in control, while Ben has control over it. Maddie also experiences hallucinations, like she thought she hit Ryn with her car, but she didn't hit anyone.

Aside from these happenings in Siren season 2 episode 11, the relationship of Ryn, Ben, and Maddie was exposed to everyone. Maddie's mom accidentally told Xander about it as she thought he knew about it, Maddie also told Ben's family, and Helen revealed it at a dinner party when she's under influence of Ryn's song. So, they can stop hiding their relationship now that everyone knows.
