Prince Harry and Meghan Markle had an awkward moment in public, and fans believe that the Duke of Sussex ignored his wife when she tried to talk to him. A video featuring the couple has been going around social media, where royal watchers accuse the prince of not talking to his wife.
The footage showed Prince Harry turning to a friend when his wife attempted to chat with him, and he did not notice her. After being ignored, Meghan tries to cover it up by feigning a smile.
Prince Harry and Meghan attended the first Major League Baseball game in London. They were not just there to support the sporting event and its players but also because a few of the players from the prince's Invictus games were also there, and one of them even handed the ceremonial pitch.
However, it could be possible that Prince Harry simply didn't hear Meghan trying to talk to him because the crowd was noisy during the game. This didn't stop the fans from saying something about the Sussex couple though, with someone citing that the moment was quite awkward for Markle.
This won't be the first time that the fans think there's a crack in the marriage of the Sussex couple. At the Queen's official birthday last June, royal watchers believed that Prince Harry ordered his wife to turn around and face the public after she attempted to talk to him. It appeared to the fans that Prince Harry and Meghan were bickering, per She Knows.
Fans have reason to worry about this marriage after The Times reported what Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh and Prince Harry's grandfather, told his grandson. He warned Prince Harry not to marry Meghan as she was only an actress meant to be shown around with in public. Meghan also apparently sparked a feud between Prince Harry and his older brother Prince William who said that their relationship was moving rather too fast.
Despite these comments about their relationship, Prince Harry and Meghan moved ahead with their engagement and wedding. After the couple got married, however, royal observers noted that things did not improve much with Prince Harry's extended family as they have treated Meghan with some distance.
Palace spokespersons, however, won't comment on the rumored tiff between the royals over Meghan. The only time Prince Harry talked about his relationship in the press was when he and Meghan were still a few months into dating each other.
