It's not going to be a great week for Davia (played by Emma Hunton) in Good Trouble season 2 episode 4. Her mother is paying a visit to Los Angeles and her return will spur some problems and shake up her confidence.

As seen in the preview for Good Trouble season 2 episode 4, Davia's mom brings up her size once again and asks Dennis (played by Josh Pence) if he has ever considered dating a plus-size woman like her.

The question was kind of insensitive and it has put Dennis on the spot. The scene cuts to Davia in the restroom, where she is seemingly experiencing a panic attack because of her mom's behavior.

Meanwhile, Callie (played by Maia Mitchell) and Malika (played by Zuri Adele) will find that helping people isn't as simple as they would have hoped, per the episode synopsis. They've made mistakes that have made the situation worse in Good Trouble season 2 episode 4.

Callie has always had a passion for helping others, which is why she decided to work in the legal profession. However, lately, she has been questioning her path and the direction of where her life was going.

Marianna (played by Cierra Ramirez,) on the other hand, will have to face a grievance committee at work when the app beta test she was working on runs into problems. She has to figure out how to fix this before it would cost her job in Good Trouble season 2 episode 4.

Now, if all these dramas aren't enough to keep viewers on their toes, there will also be more drama between Joey (played by Daisy Eagan) and Alice (played by Sherry Cola) in the upcoming episodes. Joey came out as a pansexual during the premiere of Good Trouble season 2 and while she gets on so well with Alice, who has revealed her sexual identity first, this relationship will apparently not be smooth-sailing.

Eagan told Pop Culture that Joey and Alice will struggle with the way they handle their romance. Since both of them are new to this, there will be some growth and curve to conquer.

"They're both relatively new to their own identities, Alice being newly out as a lesbian and Joey being newly out as non-binary," the actress said. "There's definitely going to be some drama for [them], which honestly is not that unusual for a first queer relationship."

Good Trouble season 2 airs every Tuesday night at 8:00 on Freeform.
