T.O.P is taking a much-needed break from the entertainment industry. Although the BIGBANG star never really said that he’s taking a time out from the K-pop world, he had not been seen in public after the secret fan meeting last weekend.
The fans understand that the 31-year-old rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, and actor needed time alone to reflect, he even said this in his first-ever entry on Instagram after completing his mandatory military service. But VIPs do want to know how T.O.P is doing now.
The BIGBANG star gave his fans what they needed when he posted an Instagram story on July 7. The clip may be brief, but it is enough for VIPs to know his state of mind.
The 15-second video showed T.O.P in a moving vehicle, dressed to the nines, even though he only revealed a pair of his white sneakers and black pants. He was listening to some music while patiently waiting to arrive at his destination.
T.O.P’s outfit seemingly hinted that he’s going somewhere nice, probably to eat at a fancy restaurant, or meet up with family members and friends. The quick clip may have no words in it, but many believed that it says a lot when you want to know how he is at the moment.
The BIGBANG rapper seemed to be handling things well. He is not hiding inside his house, doing anything but think about his mistake in the past. However, T.O.P did say that he’s going to reflect on things after his discharge. “I will make sure to reflect on my self and repay the hurts and disappointments I caused to you,” he wrote on Instagram.
Fans have been worried about T.O.P as they know that he could get stressed out and won’t be able to handle it. The YG Entertainment artists overdosed on anxiety pills when his marijuana scandal broke two years ago. With that said, VIPs needed to see this Instagram story to know that he's alright.
Now that they know that T.O.P is feeling better, fans are now hoping to see more updates on his social media account. One of the things that VIPs missed while the BIGBANG star was away was his Instagram posts.
