Read at your own risk: This article contains spoilers for On My Block Season 2.

It has been three months already ever since Netflix officially renewed On My Block for a new season. And today, it seemingly appears that the show is almost ready to arrive soon.

Although there are no confirmed release dates yet for the show's premiere on the platform, the fandom has been speculating that the new season might follow the same schedule it had previously. And based on the previous seasons' premieres, they all arrived on Netflix in the month of March. Accordingly, it is quite safe to assume that On My Block Season 3 will arrive in March of 2020.

In terms of its plot, the show is confirmed to continue where it last left off as per Digital Spy. And as any avid viewer would recall, the second season ended with a surprising "kidnapping" finale wherein Cesar, Jamal, and Ruby are abducted along with Monse.

The final moments of the previous season have caused for many fans to theorize that On My Block Season 3 might start by answering most of the fandom's questions about the abductions. However, things got even more interesting and intriguing when a few plot details have been shared by the show's co-creator, Lauren Iungerich.

In an interview with TV Guide, she revealed that the kids will surely be in grave "danger." Even so, it will not be what the fans would think or even guess. And shortly after these statements have been made, the fans took it to social media and explained a few of their theories.

Based on the general assumption, it seems that they are all agreeing that the abduction might be a way for them to be safe. And considering now that the kids have learned about the real story behind the "money," it is not impossible that kidnapping them might be the best way to prevent dangers and risks.

But aside from the reports about On My Block Season 3's possible plots, there are recent reports as well that largely talks about the main cast members' salaries.

As any fan would recall, there are headlines previously that allege that the new season might not happen due to salary concerns. But as per Pop Buzz, this has been all sorted out already. In fact, the cast members received a salary increase that is on par with the cast members of 13 Reasons Why.

From $20,000 per episode, every artist is about to receive a total of $65,000 per episode for On My Block Season 3. And there are also talks of another increase once Netflix renews the show for a fourth installment.
