This is due to the incident that Angelina was seen praying at Pol Pot's burial site, who happened to be the "brutal revolutionist" behind the '70s genocide under the Khmer Rouge regime in Cambodia, where Maddox was born. And as it happened, this is said to be the incident that became Maddox's last straw.
