While netizens continue to speculate when and where Saturday Night Live star Colin Jost will be tying the knot with his fiance, Black Widow star Scarlet Johansson, the rumor mills are going wild about the details of the anticipated nuptials.

According to a report by showbiz magazine Star, Colin and Scarlett have already set the date sometime in fall and have already informed their guests to save the date. The couple are also reportedly eyeing to have the wedding at the rooftop of an upscale hotel in New York so that their guests can marvel at the view of Manhattan.

Colin Jost and Scarlett Johansson announced their engagement early this year after two years of dating, and it was said that the proposal happened after dinner at the Blue Hill Stone Barns near New York. The happy couple immediately shared the news with family and friends after Scarlett said yes, but this time around, the couple is keeping all wedding preparations low key and private.

Gossip Cop has debunked rumors of the rooftop venue after contacting Scarlet Johansson's rep. The rep dismissed the report as untrue and clarified that the couple are still working out the details of their big day. As such, there still has been no venue booked, and no save the dates sent out to their wedding party.

Perhaps, attending to wedding details is not the bride-to-be's sole focus as Scarlett Johansson is currently filming for the Black Widow solo movie. It is finally happening after Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) completed its Infinity arc which saw the character of Natasha Romanov sacrificing herself to secure the Soul Stone and give the Avengers a fighting chance to defeat Thanos.

It is still unsure whether the Black Widow movie will be a prequel movie that tackles Black Widow's origins as an assassin and her abusive background before she became an Avenger. There are also fan theories that hint that another version of Natasha Romanov will be the focus of the solo movie since MCU already opened the multiverse arc as well as expanded their coverage to multiple timelines. Fans will know soon enough when the Black Widow solo movie opens in theaters in 2020.

While his wife to be is focused on work for the meantime, funnyman Colin Jost is poking fun at himself and admitting that before he met Scarlett, he was terrified of the idea of marriage. During a standup gig, the SNL star said that he was scared of getting married before because his friends always advised him against the institution as well as the idea of having kids.

Still, he must believe that this is the right step with the right person because he's diving into the role of the groom to be with as much enthusiasm based on his comments to the crowd, Metro UK reported.
