Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have officially separated in 2016 after being together for over a decade and married for two years. But just because their marriage didn’t work out, doesn’t mean that Brangelina no longer cares about each other.
A new report claims that Brad Pitt is still very much affected by what’s going on with his ex-wife’s life. According to OK!, the 55-year-old actor and film producer is not too happy that Angelina Jolie and one of her bodyguards are getting a little too close.
“Angelina is always smiling when she’s with him,” the source claimed. “They have great chemistry. She seems to melt whenever she’s around this guy. Brad recently got wind that Angie has nice little flirtation going with her bodyguard and decided he needed to stop it.”
The insider purported that Brad Pitt doesn’t like the fact that the person who is supposed to keep Angelina Jolie and their kids safe is taking the opportunity to be flirty with the Maleficent: Mistress of Evil actress.
The tipster added that Brad Pitt pretended to need the specific bodyguard for his protection while attending the Venice Film Festival. “And while there, he confronted the guy and told him to watch himself. He made it clear he wants strict professionalism at all times – and that means no romance or suggestive talk,” the source alleged.
Before the story got out of hand, Gossip Cop quickly slammed the report, stating that there is no truth to the claim. The site reached out to Brad Pitt’s spokesperson, who flatly denied the allegations regarding Angelina Jolie and her bodyguard being flirty with each other. The spokesperson also made it clear that there was no altercation with one of Angelina Jolie’s bodyguards at all.
While this story sounded far-fetched, this is not the first time that Angelina Jolie was rumored to be having a romantic link with her bodyguard. Back in June, National Enquirer claimed that the 44-year-old actress, filmmaker, and humanitarian was “falling for” one of her bodyguards.
Just like the recent report, Gossip Cop also debunked the story. The site confirmed that there is no romance brewing between Angelina Jolie and one of her bodyguards whatsoever.
Gossip Cop, then, pointed out that OK! and National Enquirer are known for posting fabricated stories. The site noted that these tabloids have been repeating lies and should not be taken seriously at all.
