Before The Blacklist Season 6 ended its course, Agent Mojtabai, or more popularly known as Aram, has been placed in a bad position. Sadly, his love interest-turned-fiance, Samar Navabi, bid her goodbyes and left him for good.
TV Line has learned that Mozhan Marnò officially exited the show. While her character was not killed, Samar has been written off due to a progressive brain decline. With the help of Red, she flew from the crew heading to a place no one knows. Even Red did not know where she's heading.
This incident left Aram heartbroken and lost. He even tried to locate Samar by taking advantage of his computer skills. While he kept the positivity in the equation thinking that Samar has put him under surveillance, no word has been heard from her since then.
Fans felt sad as well after witnessing the whole debacle. Until recently, The Blacklist Season 7 released a teaser featuring Aram and Liz talking about his dating life.
While the focus of the discussion is about Liz's search for the right babysitter, Aram segued a few updates about his love life. Quite interestingly, this caught the attention of some fans.
Aram admitted to Liz that he is having a hard time finding a date. He shared that Ressler forced him to sign up for a dating app. Upon refusing, he revealed that Ressler did the process for him.
However, it all just ended up in him finding criminal records. It seemingly appears that he is trying to be more careful this time given the situation that they are all in.
With Katarina's long-hinted entrance in their lives, it is only fitting as to why they are focusing more on security and safety. But, in terms of Aram's personal life, fans are theorizing that he is still not up for another relationship.
No word has been shared yet if Aram's personal life will be tackled in The Blacklist Season 7. Even so, some fans are convinced that his openness when sharing about his dating life may be a foreshadowing of his future love interest.
Although, certainly, this aspect will not be the focal point of the new season, it will pretty much come up in the future episodes of the show. Also, it is worth noting that Samar will unlikely return. But, if it happens, then it only means that she found a way to get healed and this will definitely progress Aram's personal life.
The Blacklist Season 7 will start to drop new episodes on October 4.
