SuperM is just about ready to drop the MV for their title track Jopping as it released teaser images for members Lucas, Kai and Ten in fresh new excerpts.
SM Entertainment and Capitol Records, recently, released still cuts for SuperM's Jopping MV which features Lucas, Kai and Ten in a desert wearing military inspired outfits. Lucas can be seen working some modified camouflage while another image simply focuses on his handsome visuals in a close up shot, All Kpop reported.
His fellow member Ten appears in a simple white shirt topped with net inspired cutoffs of aquamarine color. He completes the ensemble with black cargo pants and goes for the action look standing next to a tank.
Meanwhile, EXO's Kai appears in a more street style fashion with a demin jacket, loose jeans and boots. He also loses his purple hair for a much more muted color. In another frame, he is seen riding a helicopter wearing a dark outfit complete with harness looking ready to jump at any time.
While it is yet unsure what SuperM's Jopping will be about, fans are already speculating that the MV will be a Hollywood level production, given that all of the members of the new idol group, dubbed as the Avengers of Kpop, are known as athletic and capable of complicated choreographies.
In particular, good friends Taemin and Kai are known for incorprating a mix of contemporary and hip hop genres into their dance routines, which make the fans wonder what the duo can come up with for an international release.
SuperM, a joint venture between SM Entertainment and iconic American studio Capitol Records, brought together unique members of popular by groups EXO, SHINEE, NCT and WayV to bring K-Pop to a wider audience.
One of Korea's top artist agencies, SM Entertainment, which handles the careers of SuperM members Taemin, Baekhyun, Kai, Tayeong, Mark, Lucas and Ten, combined its efforts with Capitol Records, which built the careers of music legends like The Beatles, Nickelback, Katy Perry and Jennifer Lopez.
SuperM is set to make their debut on October 5 at Capitol Records in Hollywood. The super idol group is expected to perform in a grand debut showcase that can be witnessed live by lucky fans and viewed via livestream on the YouTube platform.
While SuperM members will be busy with group schedules, members will still be part of their original groups' activities so fans can rest assured that the new idol group will not hamper EXO, SHINEE, NCT and WayV schedules, Metro reported.
