WARNING: This article contains spoilers and plot predictions for The Flash Season 6. Read at your own risk.
The newest season of The Flash has finally started its course. Two episodes were already dropped, and another one is now approaching.
The current timestream is quickly moving forward with its course toward the inevitable Crisis of Infinite Earths. While things are becoming more fast-paced and dangerous, Team Flash is preparing everything for the upcoming event.
In The Flash Season 6 Episode 3 titled, Dead Man Running, Barry is hinted to prepare someone from the team for a "life without him." This episode is just about to air in the next few hours. Even so, it has been already revealed who this "someone from the team" will be.
Cartermatt, recently, released a quick sneak peek for Episode 5 titled, Kiss Kiss Breach Breach. Based on the synopsis, it looks like Barry ended up choosing Cisco to lead the team while he's gone. It's not yet clear why he's gone missing. Fans are convinced, though, that this will be cleared out when Episodes 3 and 4 drop on the network.
Choosing Cisco to lead the crew in saving the city is just fitting. With his abilities, even without Vibe, he is an ideal candidate to fill in for Barry's shoes. However, when a "shocking murder" emerges in The Flash Season 6 Episode 5, it has been uncovered that he'll start to question himself. Probably, this will involve his previous decision to give up Vibe for good.
According to Comic Book, Cisco will have an existential crisis due to the hinted murder. It is not yet revealed who died in the episode. But, it will seemingly open the door for Danny Trejo's return as Breacher.
As every fan knows it, Breacher is a multi-dimensional traveling bounty hunter. He is also the father of Gypsy, who happens to be Cisco's ex-girlfriend. Accordingly, many are now speculating that Breacher and Cisco will help each other to resolve the apparent murder given that Cisco will be troubled about it.
This dynamic in Cisco's character is becoming more interesting. It has been already teased previously that he, along with HR, will have something to do with the upcoming Crisis on Infinite Earths. Although there is only a little information about the matter, it seemingly appears that it's already happening.
Barry and Cisco will be occupied with their respective issues in The Flash Season 6 Episode 5. This leaves Caitlyn Snow/Killer Frost to deal with Ramsey Rosso.
As what the synopsis revealed for the episode, Killer Frost trusts "no one" except herself to bring him down. So, another danger and risk are set to arrive as Ramsey Rosso will seemingly start to wreak havoc.
The Flash Season 6 continues to air new episodes every Tuesday on The CW. As for the fifth episode of the season; it will premiere on November 5.
