WARNING: This article contains spoilers for Archer Season 10 and plot predictions for Season 11. Read at your own risk.

Months have already passed since the tenth season of Archer concluded its course. While fans are now waiting for the arrival of the new season, the events of the finale still linger. As it happened, it shocked fans down to their core, given how Adam Reed woke Archer from his three-year coma.

In Season 7, the two-part Deadly Velvet episode has shown the fans the surprising end of Archer's character. Although it gave the idea that Sterling Archer is already dead, it has been revealed later on that he's in a state of coma.

The installments that followed after centered on Archer's fantasies inside his brain while suffering a comatose. Archer Season 8 followed the characters in their Dreamland adventure, Season 9 in Danger Island, and Season 10 in the mixed events of 1999.

Each season featured different surroundings and settings. Even so, the characters have remained faithful to their distinct attributes. As per Indie Wire, creator Adam Reed has proven that the show can move mountains in its "core" even without changing the characters' personalities and standings.

While this dynamic obtained praises from many critics, the three-year fantasy inside Archer's brain needs now to come back to reality. Thanks to Season 10's finale, this will finally happen when Archer Season 11 premieres.

The latest episode titled, Robert De Niro, featured Archer's final adventure. It showcased a mixture of events from Season 8 up to the present, which caused a great deal of confusion inside Archer's mind. In the end, his mind started to initiate flashbacks of his real-life experiences starting from Season 1 up to Season 7, just right before his coma.

After seeing the whole flashback moment, Archer woke up and continued where the seventh season left off. As it appeared, his mother has been living inside the hospital while waiting for his return from the coma.

Three years have passed, but only certain parts of these years were shown during the finale. Accordingly, it is quite safe to assume that Archer Season 11 will see Archer getting out of the hospital to return to his firm. Also, he'll likely try to catch up on everything that he missed for three years.

Per reports, creator Adam Reed claimed that the upcoming season would be Archer's "Prime Years" as the coma, along with his "adventures," sparked something inside of him causing his perspectives in life to change.

There is no release date yet for the new season. It is worth noting though that the series almost always premieres new seasons every year. Hence, it's likely for Season 11 to arrive in 2020.
