There's no stopping! New idol group SuperM is taking over the world. As the group prepares for their album's release on October 4 and their debut showcase on October 5, the members are also preparing to appear as a guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show next week.

According to a report by All Kpop, Taemin, Baekhyun, Kai, Mark, Taeyong, Lucas and Ten will be the featured guest on The Ellen DeGeneres Show on October 9, as part of their bid to introduce SuperM to the world.

SuperM is an interesting mix of talents from different idol groups under SM Entertainment. Taemin is the youngest member of SHINEE, which currently has four members enlisted in the military. Baekhyun is one of the main vocalists of EXO while his fellow member Kai is one of the main dancers. Mark and Taeyong come from NCT and also hold a huge fanbase within their fandom. WayV's Lucas and Ten add more star power to the group among the younger Kpop fans.

According to A&R executive and director of SM Entertainment Chris Lee, SuperM is a joint project of SM Entertainment and Capitol Records after the two companies' successful collaborations in the distribution of SM artists' music overseas, Billboard reported.

Dubbed as the Avengers of Kpop, SuperM is likened to the dynamic of Marvel's Avengers characters wherein each superhero is able to headline their own projects and yet come together to form a formidable force as a group.

Under the partnership, SuperM will be jointly managed by SM Entertainment and Capitol Records for their activities. But, they will still be part of their original idol groups and participate in recordings and promotions. Lee also assured fans that SuperM activities will not adversely affect the schedules of SHINEE, EXO, NCT and WayV.

SuperM has already released teasers for SuperM with a video showcasing members minimalist and edgy outfits. Teaser images have also been released by the group, which shows scenes for their Jopping MV.

It has earlier been reported that SuperM will be having their grad debut showcase in front of the Capitol Records building at 7 p.m. PST on October 5. Lucky fans who avail of free tickets on the SuperM official website will be able to see Taemin, Baekhyun, Kai, Mark, Taeyong, Lucas, and Ten perform for the first time as a group while international fans can witness the launching via live streaming on YouTube.

After the debut showcase, it is expected that SM and Capitol will release SuperM's upcoming schedules as well as television guestings as part of their promotional activities.
