Kate Middleton, 37, is, undeniably, one of the most-followed members of the Royal family. Tagged as a woman with substance, the wife of Prince William, 37, has been known for her slim figure, which she was able to manage through the years. So, how does the Duchess of Cambridge maintain her svelte shape?

ABC News, previously, claimed that Kate was strictly following the so-called Dukan diet when she was still preparing for her wedding. The news outlet claimed that the low carb diet plan has different stages that require eaters to munch on different types of food.

Kate Middleton and other slimmers, who follow the diet, are encouraged to eat foods with high protein content before they add vegetables. In the first stage, fruit and dairy are not allowed for consumption, but these are reintroduced in the third stage of the plan.

Other reports suggested that Prince William's better half is fond of eating avocados, porridge, and berries to maintain her figure. Kate has also been known for making her own meals at home to ensure that all ingredients are not excluded in the diet plan that she is following.

The mother of Prince George, 5, Princess Charlotte, 4, and Prince Louis, 1, are often seen wearing stunning ensembles when attending events and other Royal occasions. Most of her outfits show off her perfect shape. An unnamed expert told Mail Online that Kate Middleton has a 24-inch waistline and wears a size 6.

Whenever she has free time, Kate plays sports and, reportedly, have an interest in hockey, running, and skiing. The Duchess of Cambridge has also participated in several sporting events while on royal duties.

Meanwhile, pregnancy rumors have been hounding Kate and William lately. A royal commentator Phil Dampier, previously, claimed that another baby might be on the cards for Kate Middleton and Prince William as the Duchess would rather be at home looking after her kids than perform her duties.

"Not only does she love life in Norfolk, to be honest, it gives her an excuse to not be at the forefront of royal duties for a bit longer, which I don't think she enjoys," he told Fabulous Digital in an interview. "I think Kate's been interacting with the public and doing very well recently, but from what I'm told sh'e rather be at home with the children." Dampier even said that Kate and William are planning to have another baby girl.

While the Royal couple can consider having Baby No. 4 soon, it should be noted that neither of them has confirmed anything as of yet. Hence, avid followers of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge should take these pregnancy reports with a grain of salt until everything is confirmed and proven correct.
